About Ivey

Ivey Levy, founder of Ivey's In My Kitchen, Inc., calls herself a Professional Foodie. Her witty and colorful food columns along with creative collages and instructional videos appear monthly in Boating on the Hudson Magazine. Ivey has also been a feature in Westchester Parent Magazine. Levy launched her first food product, Magic Oil in 2005, an infused cooking oil that "Magically Makes You a Better Cook". Her business, Ivey's in My Kitchen, Inc. was designed to teach basic survival to the culinary challenged, in their own kitchens.

Ivey's In My Kitchen holds individual cooking classes, large scale cooking lessons, kitchen coordination, fundraisers and cooking parties. She says "There's nothing nicer than getting a bunch of friends together, cooking, laughing and eating."

"I took something that I loved and found a way to turn it into a job. It doesn't get any better than that." Levy is proud to work in any kitchen. Ivey's In My Kitchen, is located in Westchester, New York and serves the greater Tri-State area.

Ivey is married happily and a mother of two adorable children and goes to work every day with her best friend, Vicky.
