Cocktail Croutons

- 1 Loaf Sourdough Bread
- ¼ Cup Magic Oil
- Sticks & Buds
- Kosher Salt
Preheat oven to 420º
Using a large serrated knife or an electric knife, remove all of the crust from the loaf of sourdough. Slice first lengthwise than crosswise to create long strips approximately 1 inch thick and 3 inches long. Place in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle Magic Oil over the sticks and gently toss to make sure that all of the sticks are coated lightly.
Sprinkle 6 scattered shakes of Sticks & Buds and then 4 scattered shakes with the kosher salt.
Cover a large baking sheet with heavy-duty tin foil.
Lay the sticks in evenly spaced rows across the baking sheet and bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve all by themselves stacked up.
Try a dipping sauce.
Cut the bread into medium sized cubes and serve them with soup or our delicious Cesar Salad. Besides, homemade croutons are very impressive to dinner guests.
