Great Grilled Vegatables

Slice Zucchini and Eggplant in ¼ - ½ inch slices. Use Portobello Mushrooms as well. Lay the Veggies flat and brush Magic Oil liberally on both sides two or three times. You want the slices to be well lubed so they don't stick. However, you don't want them saturated and dripping.

The Eggplant will need a little more than the others. Make sure your grill is hot and clean or the Veggies will stick. Once placed on the grill, leave them alone!! Wait for 5 whole minutes. Look for grill marks to show around the edges. Flip once.
While the veggies are cooking, you might want to brush a little more marinade on the topside. Not only is it delicious, but it's also good to look busy when you're standing in front of the grill. They don't need to know it was this easy.
